Freelancer Gold Account
The Team at Pragma concept carries out independent ratings of all freelancers registered under Freelancer Gold Account. THis serves as our recommendation of the freelancer.
Freelancer Gold Accounts are paid for.
The rating on a scale of 1 - 10 , puts into consideration all specific stuff to look out for the individual category. [THESE SERVICE WILL BE AVAILABLE FROM JULY 2009]
Independent Past Client Review
This review is still experemental. This gives the ability of past clients of a freelancer to rate the quality of service provided to them. The past client must have reached the provider/freelancer/professional on the freelancerng.com portal.
Various ways of preventing fraud are being designed. [THESE SERVICE WILL BE AVAILABLE FROM JULY 2009]
Public User Ratings.
Any member of the public can rate each Provider and leave a comment. As there is no way of checking if the reviewer is actually a client or just an astroturfer.
Beware of Astroturfing – Professionals Rating themselves.
We are doing all possible to ensure that every rating on the web portal is objective and free. But since Commenting and Rating is Public right now , this is almost impossible.
Algorithms including checking IP addresses. E.t.c
